Vinytol 580 - ideal material for pool covers

A regular cleaning of leatherettes with disinfectants causes a surface unstableness of the leatherettes, the colour shades change and subsequently the surface even cracks. For these cases, we developed special leatherettes Vinytol 609 HYG, Vinytol 691 N, Vinytol 599, Vinytol 612 N HYG, Vinytol 800 N HYG, and we tested their reactions to contact with both commonly available and hospital antiseptic cleaners.These leatherettes are suitable for upholstering furniture, folding beds, chairs, walls, etc. in healthcare and in areas with increased demands on a sterility.
New Vinytol 828 N fire retardant leatherette

Vinytol 828 N is haberdashery leatherette with an ISO 3795 certificate for reduced flammability. The basis weight is 0.830 kg/m2 and thickness 1.20 mm. It is thus stronger leatherette designed mainly for fire retardant bags. As the development of Vinytol 828 N was based on Vinytol 830, they have similar properties. The biggest difference between these leatherettes is that Vinytol 828 N is fire retardant.

Vinytol PU 200 N SANAPUR now in six new colour finishes, all in stock. Current colours (white, beige, light blue, dark blue and black) now with the addition of turquoise. This green/blue colour comes under the number 4320. Turquoise colour is often used in medical facilities.

Currently, we manufacture products, which meet the requirements defined by the Ministry of Health Decree No. 84/2001 Coll. and the Oko-Tex Standard 100, which prohibits the use of phthalates in the production of leatherette designed for products that would come into contact with the skin of children under 3 years of age. With our Pyroplast material we supply the company Air-Tec Africa, who is responsible for the maintenance of Czech L-410 aircrafts all over Africa and is therefore the biggest active operator of these planes. The material is used to wrap various types of pipes in aircrafts (air, liquid) and acts as a reliable sealing element.

We in SVITAP do bear that in mind and strive to keep thinking of new technologies, which are eco-friendly at the same time.
